Residence Arrangement
The Residence includes a group of 6 new, smart and small apartments, set in the most discrete part of the hotel and half circle shaped. They are protected by nature which is particularly vigourous at the foot of M. Conero and enjoy a relaxing panorama in a silent and fragrant atmosphere.
They are perfect for those who want to use the hotel services and enjoy at the same time more freedom, the same that a house - even if small - can offer thanks to its space and comfort.
Each apartment has its own entrance, is superbly furnished and is equipped with a hall - where you find a sofa-bed for your relax -, a flat screen tv, a comfortable bathroom and a small balcony and/or a small garden (if it is on the ground floor). Furthermore the apartments are provided with a kitchenette in order to satisfy every need or to allow people to have a snack during the day or a dinner in total privacy.
Apartments
The apartments range from 35 to 45 square meters, are elegantly furnished with large terrace or garden, panoramic view of the Conero Park and equipped with: SAT-TV 32 inches with Mediaset Premium channels, air conditioning, minibar, safe, parquet flooring, iron beds battutoe moile kitchen with refrigerator, two-burner (electric), utensils and cookware.
