Our hotel makes part of a circuit of 11 hotels in the Conero area, certificated from Lega Ambiente for the engagement to pursue a tourism engaged in environmental protection of the marine eco-system.
It signify compliance with a number of other standard: the existence of purifying systems, properly organised urban waste collections, differentiated waste collections, biologic food and other environmental initiatives in collaboration with the National Conero park.

Full board day price are per person for at least 3 days. They include:
- Private beach (1 umbrella 2 loungers ) with game for children;
- Frequent free of charge mini-bus service to and from our private beach;
- Swimmingpool with water spraying system for hydro-massage;
- Parking lots which are fenced-in;
- Air conditioning ;
- Free mountain bike hire;

- Discount on the Green Fee to the Conero Golf Club.

ALL ROOM ARE FURNISHED WITH:

- from 0 to 2 years gratis in the periods (A) (B);
- from 0 to 2 years pay € 25,00 in the periods (C) (D) (E);
- from 2 to 15 years 30% discount ;
- over 15 years 15% discount .
PREFERENTIAL TERMS :
- Family plan: 2 adults + 2 children (down to 15 years old), in one room with 4 beds, for the price of three adult (A) (B) (C);
- Long stay : minimum 14 night, discount 10% in the period (A) (B) ;
- Honey moon : discount 10% in the period (A) (B) (C);
- Over 65: discount 10% in the period (A) (B).
