Returning guests have disclosed to us several times that one of the reasons they love Hotel Giardino is our cuisine. Thanks to the owner, Luisa, and her recipes.
Already in the morning the scent of freshly baked cakes is invigorating. At lunch and dinner, fresh fish often bought from Numana's fishing boats is never lacking. Homemade pasta, vegetables from the garden or from local producers, desserts made by us: everything has a Mediterranean taste, and a real appetising flavour.
Luisa tirelessly passes between the tables to offer recommendations and describe her dishes of the day: traditional, yes, but never predictable and with a hint of sophistication that surprises.
The careful and attentive service, even for vegetarians or those with intolerances, and the variety of choice will make your experience at the table a moment of real pleasure.
